The Laser Thickness Gauge is designed for measuring the thickness of insulation according to EN823. It is equipped with an accurate non-contact laser sensor and plates giving the correct contact pressure (50 Pa, and 250 Pa). It is constructed with a frame with a 800×1200 mm table plate at the bottom and the sensor on the top. It comes with PC-software for zero-adjusting, displaying, and storing thickness directly in MS Excel. The display shows the thickness in mm with one or two decimals. As an option, it is combined with a balance (e.g. 40 kg). so that both the thickness and the weight are displayed. A fanless PC with touch is supplied as accessory. A version for mounting on your own table is also available.
