In conjunction with our range of mechanical testing systems, it is often required to make a number of additional measurements – such as weight. These measurements can be performed automatically by the use of our customized measuring systems, which will be interfaced directly to our mechanical testing system and the connected PC. As an option, they can also be supplied with their own interface and PC.

Mettler Toledo Deckmate:
DECKMATE® ultra-low-profile floor scales are designed specifically for applications that require easy loading. Ideal for barrel and tote, these scales are available in a permanent-mount or portable wheeled version. Although extremely low profile, the scale deck is reinforced to accommodate wheel loads. Rocker pin suspension automatically centers the scale platform for accurate weighing of every load. DECKMATE® floor scales can be used in a wide variety of applications, including weigh-out, batching, and filling. Available in 500-pound, 1,000-pound, and 2,500-pound capacities, 30″ x 30″, 36″ x 36″, and 42″ x 42″ sizes, and mild or stainless steel.

Mettler Toledo SB Series precision balances are easy to use and capable of withstanding harsh environments. Its all-metal construction provides you with a rugged precision balance ideal for industrial use. RS232 interface gives SB precision balances the option of connecting to a printer or other device.

By the use of the interface to TRAM-QA, weight measurements can directly be transferred to the TRAM-QA software for further processing – e.g. calculation of density.
