ISO 13968 specifies the method for testing the ring flexibility of thermoplastic pipes by measuring their ability to withstand deformation without cracking or structural failure. The test provides information about a pipe’s performance under external loads and installation stresses.

In TramQA, the standard is implemented in two versions:

• one setup including inner diameter measurement using an encoder, and

• one version without inner diameter measurement, depending on customer requirements and product specifications.
